We typically tell our customers the turnaround time is usually within a week of the customer placing their order. Occasionally wait times will be longer and a lot of times depending on the order they could potentially be done sooner. If the wait time will be longer than a week we will do our best to communicate that to our customer.We do offer rush printing if needed!

Unfortunately, screen-printing is a bulk process. We have an order minimum of 24 pieces per design. Please read if you would like to know why. 

Vector art is preferred. All non-vector art must be 300 DPI. Accepted file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and JPG. Design should be sized to print. Orders cannot begin until we have usable artwork. 

Of course we can! Let us know your idea for your custom t-shirts and we will do our best to bring your idea to life!Depending on the complexity of the design as well as the size of the order we do typically charge artwork fees for our time doing design work.
